Our client develops novel treatments for cancer by modulating the patient’s immune system. In 2021, the company acquired a portfolio of therapeutic antibodies and will enter clinical testing of two of its lead compounds in Phase 1 clinical trials in 2022. The company of our client is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands but operates internationally and virtually. To advance the programs, Herakles is looking for a project manager that wants to make a difference and has a pioneers mentality. The company of our client is a spin-off and at this moment, the permanent staff exists of the COO and her PA. Next to that there are 12 freelance consultants who are involved in the program from the start. The atmosphere of the company is very dedicated and motivated, hard working and result driven, however work life balance is cherished.
The Clinical Project Manager will be the Jack of all trades for the clinical project. You will be responsible for the (hands-on) management and coordination of activities involved in the planning, conduct and on-time completion of assigned (pre-)clinical projects including the management of deliverables, adherence to budget, and ongoing risk mitigation. You will support cross-functional project teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will report into the Director Clinical Programs and you will work closely together with COO and her PA.
You, as the Clinical Project Manager have several years of experience in preferably Phase 1 projectmanagement. Pre-clinical experience is a plus.
Next to that you
- are able to work in a non-structured environment;
- have an entrepreneurial mindset;
- have eye for details but are also able to see the big picture;
- are result oriented;
- have excellent communication skills in English, verbal, written and active listening;
- are an EU citizen or hold a valid working permit for at least two years;
- have excellent organizational skills.
100% remote work (within the Netherlands) is possible as wel as office based in Rotterdam.
