Herakles is looking for an experienced management assistant for the HQ of our client – an international nutrition/food company based at Schiphol. He/she is familiair with assisting multiple stakeholders. 50% of time to support Director and Project management team. 50% of time to support middle management and 2 teams (total 20 colleagues).
To successfully fulfill this role as a Management Assistant you will bring:
- 2+ years of experience in an Assistant role supporting a Director and a team/middle management;
- Experience in an international environment is preferred;
- Relevant education and bachelor working and thinking level;
- A sound knowledge on Lotus Notes and advanced MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) and other new digital tools is preferred;
- Experience with PO management on SAP desired;
- Clear communication skills;
- Fluent in English, other languages beneficial;
- Experience in organizing events is a plus, but not a must have.
Herakles offers a nine months employment contract. The salary is maximized to € 40.000,- per year on fulltime dependent on experience.
